4a My 4th Gen COLOUR Ipod sprang into life, and yours can too!
Description
Welcome back to me in my shed with my iPod problem. My 4th Gen iPod Colour just sprang back to life after weeks of sitting idle — and yours might too! In this video, I test it out, share its quirks, and talk about why these classic iPods are still worth keeping around.
My 4th Generation iPod Colour surprised me by springing back into life — and if you’ve got one tucked away, yours might still have some life left too!
I also chat about the joys of someone else's ipod and its history - finding wedding photos and holiday pics from Paignton just adds to the charm!
Welcome back to my iPod collection series. In this episode, I’m looking at the iPod 4th Gen Colour, one of Apple’s most memorable iPods thanks to its bright display and classic click wheel design. Mine had been sitting quietly for a while, and honestly, I wasn’t expecting much… I had forgotten it was colour, to be honest...but to my surprise, it powered on and worked again!
I’ll go over some of the features that made the 4th Gen Colour stand out, talk a bit about how these devices age, and share why it might be worth dusting off your old iPod to see if it can still run. Even after all these years, there’s something special about scrolling through music on real hardware instead of a phone screen.
If you’ve got an old iPod lying around, give it a charge — you might be surprised at what happens! Drop a comment if yours is still alive, or if you’ve had similar experiences.
