iPod Classic Restoration & Modification: Adding 256GB, MagSafe & More!

I found a broken 5th generation iPod Classic and decided to give it a complete makeover! In this video, I'm taking this classic piece of retro tech and performing a full restoration and modding it. We're not just fixing it—we're bringing it into the modern era with a massive 256GB storage upgrade and even MagSafe!

Here is everything I did to completely rebuild this iPod:

Replaced the old mechanical 30GB hard drive with an iFlash micro SD kit to upgrade the storage to 256GB.

Installed a brand new screen, larger battery, and a sleek new red shell.

Replaced the click wheel and all buttons.

Added MagSafe to make it compatible with modern accessories.
